Our client is a brilliant hotel group and are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team and work in a talented kitchen team at the hotel restaurant based in Wotton-under-edge. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 
Salary: £12.50ph 
Schedule: 40 hours per week, any 5/7 days  

The main responsibilities of the Chef de Partie would be:

  • Lead their section of the kitchen ensuring the service runs efficiently. 
  • Prepare fresh ingredients to use in high quality meals. 
  • Guide and nurture the young talented chefs in your team to help them grow both in a personal and professional capacity.  
  • Produce exceptional food and maintain a consistent proficient level of presentation in each dish. 
  • Work under the Head and Sous Chef and communicate with them to run an effective kitchen

The ideal Chef de Partie will: 

  • Be an experienced chef in the hospitality industry, having previous been a CDP ideally. 
  • Be reliable and consistent. 
  • Be confident in services for large groups of guests, up to 150 a la carte. 
  • Have brilliant teamwork and leadership skills. 
  • Have a great level of attention to detail.
