My client is a well-known high quality Caribbean restaurant based in Solihull, who is looking for a new Restaurant Supervisor to join and support the team to produce excellence service. They’re looking for a determined ambitious individual to join their fabulous team and bring smiles to all customers.
The duties and responsibilities of the Restaurant Supervisor will be:
- Promoting operational excellence and consistently surpassing customer expectations.
- Training and motivating your team.
- Effectively managing shifts.
- Upholding high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
- Assisting the Management Team in achieving financial targets and non-financial KPIs.
Our ideal Restaurant Supervisor will:
·Be a highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Have proven leadership experience in food service or retail environments.
·Possess a strong knowledge and practice of fundamental food safety principles.

Job-type: Fulltime, Permanent
Schedule: 35-45 hours per week, 7–12 hour shifts, patterns discussed
Salary: £12-13 per hour
