I am currently recruiting for a well-established venue looking for the next step in their career as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
If you have any Starbucks or Costa experience, this would be very well suited to this position!
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, your duties will include –
- Being responsible for leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Deputising for the Food & Beverage Manager and proactively assisting in the team’s success.
- Running a store to a high level and within company standards.
- Successfully directing a team, training and developing where necessary.
- Contributing to the creation and delivery of sales plans.
- Monitoring all cash handling and till/system functions.
The ideal Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will –
- Have an F&B background.
- Be flexible and willing to learn in order to grow.
- Be able to build customer and employee rapport.
- Be comfortable in fast-paced environments.
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will be working on any 5 days out of 7, annualised hours generally between 8am-6pm. You will be paid a salary of £22,621 and will be provided with full training with lots of growth potential.
