I am currently recruiting for a well-established venue looking for the next step in their career as a Food & Beverage Manager. 


If you have any Starbucks or Costa experience, this would be very well suited to this position!


As Food & Beverage Manager, your duties will include –    

• Being responsible for leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Running a store to a high level and within company standards.
• Successfully directing a team, training and developing where necessary.
• Always seeking to achieve results and planning and delivering KPI’s that are set.
• Being responsible for delivering financial targets, driving sales and growing the unit.

 

The ideal Food & Beverage Manager will –

• Have a F&B background.
• Be flexible and willing to learn in order to grow.
• Be able to build customer and employee rapport.
• Be comfortable in fast-paced environments.

   

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be working on any 5 days out of 7, annualised hours generally between 8am-6pm. You will be paid a salary of £27,036 and will be provided with full training with lots of growth potential.
